The Law on Combating Rumors and Cybercrimes, Federal Decree Law No. (34) of 2021 regarding combating rumors and cybercrime, came into force on January 2, 2022. This law replaces the previous Federal Law Decree by Federal Law No. 5 of 2012 regarding combating information technology crimes.
